Frederick A. Kiegel, Esquire, nicknamed "Rick" by friends, family and colleagues, began a career in law at Widener University School of Law in 1988 at the age of 28, and graduated with honors in 1992.
Following undergraduate studies at Rutgers University, Mr. Kiegel learned the art of searching title to real estate, and eventually completed law school studies while also operating a profitable title search business. After a 2 year stint with a Philadelphia-based litigation firm handling toxic tort and defense litigation matters, Mr. Kiegel began a solo general practice of law in Cherry Hill, New Jersey in 1995; and later opened a second office in Hillsborough, New Jersey.
Mr. Kiegel is currently licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and maintains an office Hillsborough, New Jersey to service clients in all areas of central New Jersey. He resides in the greater Princeton area, and enjoys golf, basketball, guitar and fine wine. Mr. Kiegel personally closes over 200 real estate transactions per year, and is proficient at handling all aspects of residential real estate matters throughout the State of New Jersey. A frequent guest lecturer and a member of the New Jersey Association of Real Estate Attorneys, Mr. Kiegel was recently given a "Best of the Best" award by the Courier News in category "Best Real Estate Attorneys".
Robert J. Beacham, Esquire is an accomplished litigation attorney representing individuals, corporations, and business entities in a varitey of commercial and personal matters in all courts of the State of New Jersey. An honors undergraduate of Rutgers University and cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Beacham served as Editor-in-Chief of the Seton Hall University Law Review before moving on to private practice at a large and prominent New Jersey-based law firm. In 1994, Mr. Beacham partnered with attorney Michael Nee, Esquire to form Nee and Beacham, the predecessor to the current firm of Nee, Beacham & Gantner.
Mr. Beacham currently represents clients in all matters ranging from Small Claims through complex matters before the Supreme Court.
